For information:

In general, the above technical documentation is applicable according to the Small Craft Directive, but the Notified Body may request further clarification.
Checklists completed solely on behalf of or by the manufacturer without any additional schematics, specifications, drawings or other required information are not acceptable.
If harmonized standards have been used, the manufacturer must ensure that the latest versions of the standards have been used.
The directive allows the use of different solutions to fulfill the requirements. In such cases, the manufacturer describes these solutions.
Other guidance documents may be used for the construction of small craft, such as requirements for the classification and construction of small craft. The use of other requirements does not exempt the manufacturer from the declaration of conformity on compliance with the requirements of Directive 2013/53/EC and references to the relevant harmonized standards.
If other national standards are used, they must comply with the ISO standards of the international standards organization.
